Leisure Parks and Schemes - Reports

The Leisure Parks & Schemes database provides the following reports:

Centres displays for each scheme: scheme name, alternative or former names, address and postcode, scheme classification and type, GIA, year open, number of units, planning consent, car parking spaces and ratio, highest rent for scheme, tenant first achieving this rent, whether OML or RR and month achieved, nearby foodstores, other nearby developments and date details were last confirmed or amended. Details of ownership, management and letting agent with contact names and telephone numbers are also shown. Finally, actual tenant (as opposed to leaseholder) trading fascia details and unit numbers are given with lettings since 1997 and future lettings to 2009 highlighted together with trading activity and floorspace. The report can be printed for a selection of one or more schemes, with each scheme printed on a separate page. Selections can be made on the fields listed above and also by town, county or region.

Centres (Select by owner), Centres (Select by agent) , Centres (Select by tenant) and Centres (Select by town) show exactly the same information as Centres with the addition of a box showing either owner / developer / manager, letting agent , tenant or town. Using the selection option it is possible to view full details for say, every scheme owned by British Land, with Savills instructed, every scheme in Scotland with a Burger King present or every scheme in Newcastle-upon-Tyne.

Fascia listing by location lists all units for each trading fascia, such as Fitness First and Bowlplex, in location order giving location details with lettings since 1997 and future lettings to 2009 highlighted together with trading activity and both unit and scheme floorspace. The report can be printed, for a selection of one or more fascias, with a new page for each fascia.

Fascia listing by owner lists all units for each trading fascia in owner / manager order, then by location, giving location details with lettings since 1997 and future lettings to 2009 highlighted together with trading activity, unit floorspace and owner / manager. The report can be printed, for a selection of one or more fascias, with a new page for each fascia.

Fascia listing in town order is a spreadsheet view, listing all units in town order, then by trading fascia, showing location and scheme details, postcode, trading fascia, unit number, unit floorspace, address and scheme floorspace. Also shown are the highest rent for scheme and when achieved, planning consent, lettings since 1997 and future lettings to 2009. This report is mainly designed for screen viewing but can be printed for a specified selection or exported to Excel. Selections can be made on the fields listed above and also by nearby foodstores, other nearby developments, trading activity, town, county or region.

Fascia listing by activity selection, Fascia listing by owner selection and Fascia listing by tenant selection show exactly the same information as Fascia listing in town order with the addition of a filter requesting either the activity / owner or tenant to be displayed. With the tenant selection report you are also asked which type of scheme you wish to display.

Fascia listing by tenant and owner selection shows exactly the same information as Fascia listing in town order with the addition of a filter requesting which tenant you wish to display and whether you wish to see units owned by a particular landlord or details of every landlord.

Fascia listing by town selection shows exactly the same information as Fascia listing in town order with the addition of a filter requesting which town you wish to display and whether you wish to see all units or just those in a particular location.

Fascia listing of vacant and available units shows exactly the same information as Fascia listing in town order, but is filtered to show only vacant units or those units currently occupied but available.

Letting agents lists letting agent address details, by office where relevant, with contact fax and telephone numbers. All schemes for each letting agent are shown in location order, giving scheme name, GLA, location, contact name and scheme classification. The report can be printed for a selection of one or more letting agents, with a new page for each letting agent.

Owners lists owners, investment managers and managing agents address details with contact fax and telephone numbers. All schemes for each owner or manager are shown in location order, giving scheme name, GLA, location, contact name / owned through, scheme classification and manager type. The report can be printed for a selection of one or more owners, with a new page for each owner.
