The Trevor Wood Associates Retail Parks and Warehouses database is supplied to clients as a self-contained Microsoft Access database with 16 standard reports (or data view screens). The report views are described in more detail below, while basic information for each report can also be seen in Excel datasheet view, allowing greater flexibility. A brief description of every field displayed is shown in the status bar at the bottom of the screen. Fields such as planning consent and scheme type also have a drop down menu showing the different options available. For every scheme, information is shown for as many fields as data is currently available.

The Retail Parks and Warehouses database includes all known Retail Parks, Shopping Parks, Leisure Parks, Retail & Leisure Parks and Retail Warehousing developments (including solus units) throughout the United Kingdom. This includes not only schemes currently trading, but also proposed schemes likely to open in the next three years. The Retail Parks and Warehouses database is extracted from the main Trevor Wood Associates database of more than 6,000 developments.

Through continuous research the number of schemes increases each month, as new developments are included. Additional information for schemes is recorded as soon as possible after receipt. Further retrospective additions are also being made to include every known solus retail warehouse. An updated Retail Parks and Warehouses database is supplied to clients by e-mail at the beginning of every month.
